Join us in the Pico Garden for a sparkling wine reception, followed by an oyster tasting with Leroux Prater from Saltwater Oyster Depot in Inverness, California. Bottomless bubbly and a smorgasborg of quality shellfish from Tomales Bay. Leroux, who grew up in the Point Reyes area, has been an avid diver and spearfisherman for decades, and can tell many a story about diving in the frigid, shark-infested waters around his hometown. He also knows a thing or two about oysters.
